Individual Counselling Rates
Sustainer Rate
$165/60 min
$180/80 min
This rate reflects the true cost of the session and supports the sustainability of the practice.
Consider this rate if you:

Have access to stable income

Have access to extended health benefits that cover costs related to counselling
Community Rate
$80-$155/60 min
This rate is for those who face financial constraints yet can pay closer to the full cost with some flexibility.
You might choose this rate if you:

Have a single or lower-middle income

Do not have access to insurance coverage

Have experienced systemic oppression or marginalization
Supported Rate
$40-$75/ 60 min
This rate is reserved for individuals with limited financial access
Please consider this rate if you:

Rely on government assistance or benefits as your primary income

Have little or no access to financial support or health insurance

Are navigating systemic barriers to income and healthcare
