Clearwater Counselling is excited to announce a partnership with Mindwise Counselling & Education. Allison Winik, Registered Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Counsellor, is joining the Mindwise team of experienced counsellors to bring compassionate, trauma-informed perinatal and reproductive mental health care to Kamloops, BC. Services are currently available virtually, with in-person sessions launching in 2026.

 

Together, we’re dedicated to supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood with care that is grounded in connection, understanding, and respect.

qathet Birth Collective 

Clearwater Counselling & Perinatal Services is proud to partner with the qathet Birth Collective, a dedicated group of birth workers and advocates committed to supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in the qathet regional district.

​Through this partnership, we aim to provide holistic, community-based care that honours the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of birthing people. Together, we are strengthening access to compassionate, informed, and inclusive perinatal support in the qathet region.
